Gin Castelgreve comes from a combination of traditional gin botanicals and tuscan botanicals carefully selected, growing since centuries in the amazing Chianti region.
In the mouth you can easily feel the fine resinous note of tuscan juniper, followed by a marked citrus note given by the traditional florentine lemon “Femminello” and sweet orange peel.
The bouquet is spicy, caressed by balck pepper and elegant mediterranean nuances of thyme and sage.
